SITUATION

The client's posts and activities did not generate significant engagement, resulting in a low number of unique users and likes beyond their personal network. Paid campaigns failed to attract a substantial audience, achieving only minimal reach. Consequently, product sales remained low, indicating a need for a more effective social media strategy.

SOLUTION

Our strategy included: 

  • Curating organic social media content in a balanced 50/30/20 ratio

  • Executing targeted engagement tactics, including strategic Facebook shares, to amplify content visibility

  • Direct messaging on Instagram to foster stronger connections with followers

  • Leveraging celebrity connections further enhanced the brand's credibility and reach

OUR IMPACT


Moxie Chic experienced its largest sales day to date on International Women's Day. Leading up to and following this event, website traffic saw a significant and sustained increase. During the three-month period,  we achieved a 300% increase in unique engaged users, and page views also saw a 300% increase. Additionally, the client's paid reach doubled while reducing costs by half.
